REFUND POLICY

Dr Paula Goel (Brand Name of Jakksh Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) strives to provide high-quality products formulated to deliver the best possible results.
Returns, replacements, or refunds will only be processed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria set out in this policy. Requests for returns, replacements, or refunds related to missing items, wrong products, or empty packages must be accompanied by a live unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened in order to be considered for review.
ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OR REFUND
Returns or refunds will be accepted only in the following situations:
- The customer received a wrong product.
- The product delivered is damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is expired.
- The package received is empty or missing the ordered product.
Any claim outside the above situations may not qualify for return or refund unless approved at the sole discretion of Dr Paula Goel ( Brand Name of Jakksh Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. ).
RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 24 Hrs from the date of delivery, depending on the applicable product category.
To initiate a request, the customer must contact the Company’s customer support with:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Any other supporting documentation requested by the Company
Requests submitted after the applicable return window may not be accepted.
The Company will review the request within 48 working hours of receiving the required information.
UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
In cases where the package appears to be empty or missing products, customers are encouraged to record a video while unboxing the package.
Such video evidence may be required to process claims relating to empty packages or missing products.
REVERSE PICKUP PROCESS
Once a return request is approved, the Company will arrange a reverse pickup through its Logistics Partner.
The courier partner will collect the product from the customer’s address.
PRODUCT INSPECTION
Upon receiving the returned product, the Company will inspect the item to verify the reported issue.
If the issue is verified, the Company may proceed with either:
- Shipping a replacement product (subject to availability), or
- Processing a refund to the original payment method
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after the returned product is inspected.
Refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
- The product has been opened, used, or altered.
- The product is returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.
- The return request is made after the allowed return window.
- The damage is due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Certain product categories designated as non-returnable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled only before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
In exceptional cases, the Company reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

- Logistic limitations
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
If an order is cancelled by the Company after payment has been processed, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
